Hollywood North has officially gone East Kootenays! With the film Santa Pups taking over Fernie, we here at the Red Tree Lodge are very excited to host the crew.
Filling all 43 of our rooms for the entire shoot schedule, the Red Tree Lodge is pleased to host a wide range of talented film industry people including; Set Decor, Special FX, Camera Operators and even Production crew!

Having such a large group of professionals in Fernie is great, especially while we all await the first big dump of snow (there’s already some on the peaks!). We have been enjoying helping our new temporary residents get to know the area and take advantage of what we know to be the best of Fernie. From restaurants and bars to trails and parks, we hope that the crew gets a little down time to have as much fun as we all do living in Fernie.
