“We were passing through Fernie on our way home to Calgary and we booked the Red Tree Lodge in line with Trip Advisor. When we checked in, the gal at the desk was quite friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Check in took about 5 minutes (from arrival to payment). We parked in back and went up to our room. The hotel is nothing fancy, you get in with an actual key (not a key card), which I like because they always work. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I was very happy. Food within walking distance, 7-11 was across the street. The hotel also had a pool, hot tub, pool table, other games, we didn’t use any of these so I can’t really review. They also have boot dryers and a bike lock-up if you need it. Great staff, clean rooms for a decent price. I would stay here again. “
