The Red Tree Lodge staff are a combined group of outdoor enthusiasts, who are customer service driven.
As the General Manager, Jon Ward is responsible for maintaining the standing of the hotel and actively engaging guests and staff to ensure the quality of service provided meets our clients and our own standards.
Our Front Desk serves as our Reservations department, providing friendly, efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. They’re knowledgeable about Fernie, activities, history and more, so don’t hesitate to ask!
Our Housekeeping department take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house and customer areas. They’re available for all reasonable requests to ensure guest comfort, with their key aim being to enhance our guests’ experience by having excellent standards.
Our Maintenance department responds to any issues experienced within the hotel and makes necessary repairs. They ensure guest comfort and safety.
