Fernie is warming up

Summer doesn’t officially start until June 21, but in Fernie, we’ve been getting treated to some pre-summer weather.

Sure, it hasn’t been +15 for too many days, but there’s just something about a blue bird day, with the sun shining and not a cloud in sight, that makes you excited inside. Even with only mild temperatures the sun brings out Fernie people. Riding bikes, going to the park, tanning at Kookanusa, walking the dog, the possibilities are endless.

Fernie is surrounded by many lakes, golf courses and extensive bike trails (there’s plenty more great things to do, just too many to list!)
