BREAKFAST SNACK
We provide a complimentary 'breakfast snack' in the lodge lobby which consists of coffee, tea, muffins, yogurt and fruit. It's enough to get you going but for a proper breakfast we've arranged special guest deals with our great neighbors:

Cincott Organic Restaurant- 2 minute walk - 10% discount for our guests
Loaf Bakery & Cafe- 2 minute walk - 5% discount for our guests

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be accepted until 3pm the day before arrival.
Cancellations after this time will be subject to a charge of one night's accommodation.
Group bookings cancellation policy: Based on agreed terms.
Long term stay cancellation policy: one month's notice. Late notice would be subject to 50% of the total.

HOLIDAY POLICY

A 2 night minimum is required between February 16th, 2011 and March 5th, 2012
If an existing reservation is changed to less than the 2 nights, a charge will apply for the nights canceled
